• Together with the future owner, project managers from Polar Star yachting agency will conduct the necessary preparatory work on selection of a shipyard, approval of a project, signature of an international contract for the construction of a vessel, and provide the necessary control over the construction process of a yacht as well as provide necessary administrative work on registration, export, yacht insurance and crew recruit for the owner on completion of yacht construction.

• warranty service of boats and yachts purchased from our company;
• preparation for the beginning of navigation and winter storage, including:
  • organization of transportation to the place of storage and loading operations;
  • inspection, washing and application / renewal of antifouling coating of the underwater part of the boat;
  • preservation and re-preservation of motors and other systems;
  • shrink wrapping;
  • washing outside and inside;
• organization of repair of deck equipment, boat systems and hull of any complexity;
• organization of survey inspection anywhere in the world with providing the customer with the report in English and Russian languages.

  In case of purchasing of a used boat, survey inspection is a prerequisite for making the right decision! The independent certified surveyor – the partner of our company, will make the following works for drawing up the report, including:

  1. a complete check of the propulsion system, with the establishment a history of service systems;
  2. testing samples of oil engines, generators, gearboxes, which is highly recommended because it is the best way to identify possible hidden defects. The cost has to be specified (the procedure is inexpensive);
  3. full inspection of the boat’s systems at the berth and during sea trials, including lifting from the water to inspect the underwater part or underwater video shooting, in case of impossibility of boat lift;
  4. verification of documents confirming the ownership of the yacht and the proper status of the owner;

• organization of refit of yachts of any length. Depending on the location of the boat and the list of necessary works, Polar Star’s employees of the technical Department are ready to organize a refit at Russian or foreign shipyards. We will select the shipyard, agree on the list of works and prices, as well as provide quality control over the implementation of work performed on:
  • updating the interior;
  • hull and superstructure painting;
  • replacement of navigation, telecommunication, mooring, household equipment, as well as ventilation, air conditioning and other systems;
  • replacement of teak decks;
  • installation of any additional equipment.
